On average deliveries will take 3 to 10 Business Days + or – 3 days depending on the area of the country or state you are in.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Deliveries are available on mattresses we have inventory on in our warehouses. A representative will contact the customer to schedule delivery time within 24 hours of purchase with a 3 to 4 hour window of time on delivery Day. If next day is required please call to confirm that the mattress is in stock before ordering.
White Glove Delivery:(White Glove Delivery Is Only Available in the NYC area, Outside of the area the mattress will be shipped VIA UPS)
Delivery includes 2-person delivery, inside placement, stair carries (up two flights of stairs), unpacking, shipping debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.
Old Mattress Removal and disposal From premises. Removal is currently only offered for orders in the 5 Boroughs of NYC, NJ, some areas of PA and CT. If you need removal please always call to double check that your area is covered at 212-840-1717.
Outside of the NYC Area
After your order is placed we will email you tracking instructions within two business days of placing your order.
In the NYC area
Our Shipping Department will call or email when the mattress is two days away from reaching the customers destination. From there the customer will choose a day and time window for delivery. (Time windows can be 3 to 5 hours) Any problems whatsoever we ask the customers to call us right away to allow us to solve any issues.

We offer a 100 Day Comfort Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the mattress comfort level after sleeping on your new mattress for 4 weeks you are entitled to a full refund. Why four weeks? Sometimes it may take up to four weeks to get properly acclimated to your new mattress. If you If you are not satisfied after 30 days you can get a full refund after donating the mattress to a local charity and sending us a copy of the receipt or arranging for us to pick up and dispose.
Customers have 48 hours to cancel a purchase from time of order to receive a full refund unless the order was specified by the customer for same or next day shipment. For orders of mattresses that we have in stock that are shipped out Next Day from our warehouse, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Costs can vary from our local delivery area to remote areas in the nation. Any questions regarding our policy please call us or email us with your question.
If your new mattress comes damaged during the shipping we will replace your mattress at no charge. In the unfortunate event that your mattress does arrive damaged please make note on the shippers receipt, refuse the shipment and call us at 844-474-8945 to arrange replacement.
