We participate with Bizrate and Yelp reviews where after the customer has bought a product they are sent a “Point of Sale Review”. Many customers ask how can I fill out a review without receiving the delivery first. The answer is the Point of Sale Reviews are not made public. Three weeks later Bizrate or Google Checkout will email you a “Fulfillment Review” after you have received your order. In that fulfillment review every customer has the power to write a public review with a chosen nick name or your name if you choose. Every customer has the right to praise us publically or humiliate us:) Obviously we will work are tails off to be praised. Writing a review is totally voluntary but we encourage you to do so.

I’m very pleased with the attention my husband and I received when picking out the best mattress for us. There was a good amount of variety at their cozy showroom. We spent a good amount of time testing all the beds and finding the perfect one for us. Upon placing the order the confirmation came and was very clear and the mattress delivery was confirmed. It only took a week from placing the order to delivery. The mattress came perfectly on time and my old one was removed quickly. Craig, the owner of the company, was very attentive to my needs and was easy to contact when I had any concerns I had.

I work remotely for a very busy consultant. He travels a great deal and was looking to establish an east coast apartment. Based on reviews, I called several shops to purchase a bed – Craig’s was unique is so many ways. He tried to find me the perfect bed via telephone, he called me back after hours to get more information. I called him the day before Easter to finalize some things and he picked up while renting a car to answer my concerns! Things were in place – a bed purchased via telephone from California to be sent to Manhattan to a location I have never seen for a man Craig would never meet signed for by a doorman in an apartment I would never visit. It was all good! Until the day before it was to be delivered.

That Friday the lease fell through.

I got a text while shopping in Costco from my employer. I called Craig (who always picks up) from the frozen food section, and told him the situation. He sent an immediate STOP DELIVERY alert email and cc’d a copy to me. The email came through as I was still on the phone! He was incredibly gracious, and told me he would hold the bed indefinitely, and that there would be no extra charge. AND if I needed to cancel, he would give me a full refund. Unheard of, right?

I did indeed need to cancel the bed, and called Craig a few days later. He was incredibly pleasant, and we talked about his Gummy Bear Bed charity project for Alzheimer’s – so worthwhile – and he assured me that he would help me when my employer did in fact find a place in NY. I received an email detailing my return the next morning, and my credit card was credited 2 days later.

Craig’s customer service was impressive and his honesty and integrity refreshing. He made a complicated situation easy, and did it with effortless grace. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone in the NY area. – And check out his Gummy Bear project. Awesome!

To give you an idea about my amazing experience at Craig’s, I’m going to compare it to my experience at Macy’s.

When I got to Macy’s I was a little skeeved out by the dim lighting in the showroom, but decided to speak to a rep anyway. I hate asking salesmen for help because they tend to make the experience uncomfortable and often rush you. I must have spent 30 seconds in each bed (not sufficient!) because the guy kept saying, “How about this one? Look at this one. Try this one.” I was debating on two different beds, but I was annoyed when the Rep told me the delivery men don’t like to walk up pass the 4th Floor. I live in a 5FL walk up, and the Rep told me straight up that I may have to carry the bed the last flight. Are you kidding me?!!! I doubt this would actually happen, but it’s ludicrous to even mention it, especially since I was PAYING for delivery.

Now my experience at Craigs was completely different. I stumbled upon the website during my search and I was intrigued by all the reviews. The store is in an office building which seems weird at first, but you quickly get over it. (This is NYC afterall.) When I arrived for my appointment, there was one another lady in the showroom. Her and Craig were talking like old buddies and it was hard for me to discern whether or not she was a customer. Turns out, she was, and that’s just how Craig rolls. He really is as nice and funny as people say. It was nice talking to a real person and not a salesmen functioning on autopilot. Craig pointed out a few mattresses based on my requirements, but ultimately told me to lay on everything if that’s what it takes. I was there for 2 hours laying on the same 3 beds trying to make my decision and talking to the people around me. I’m usually a little shy and stiff around strangers, but the atmosphere in Craig’s is so friendly you can’t help yourself.

In the end, I decided to go over my budget and I not only bought a mattress from Craig’s personal line(Summerfield), two other customers made the same choice. Since delivery is always free, I felt better knowing my extra money was going towards personal comfort and quality, not service fees. Craig even gave me discounts wherever he could. The bed I purchased is top of the line, and I probably would have paid $500-$1,000 more in any other store. Delivery was great too. Not only did they bring my brand new, straight from the factory mattress, box spring and frame, all the way upstairs, they carried part of my old platform frame downstairs and deposited it in the trash. (This is not included in removal.) I made sure to give them a nice tip.

Craig is awesome, definitely buy your next mattress from him!

After moving to Manhattan I decided to dump my old college-aged mattress and upgrade to something new. Seeing the positive reviews on Yelp I made a call and set up an appointment to go check out their inventory in their showroom.

I went to check out the showroom on 38th street – After about an hour of trying out different beds and listening to Craig’s expertise I settled on a one of the firmer Summerfield models.

Bed was delivered a week later with no hassles.

All of that was just over a month ago – I’ve been sleeping on the Summerfield bed the entire time and have nothing but praises for it. Sleepover guests have been equally pleased. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be going there again if I ever decide to upgrade to a King.

After reading the all the great reviews on Yelp, I chose to go to Craig’s over a chain / department store to purchase my first mattress. I was not disappointed. The showroom is small, but not uncomfortably so. Making an appointment to come in was really easy. I truly hate salesman culture: the faux-complimentary comments, glorified “expert opinions,” excessive fluff talk, being followed around the store, etc. It’s 2014, I’m a knowledgeable consumer with access to the internet, and much like travel agents, salespeople are becoming increasingly irrelevant and, in turn, increasingly irritating. Craig was not like this at all. He is capable and knowledgeable, but when I hinted that I’d like to be left to roam around and explore for myself, he gave me free rein. There was another customer in the store who was asking a lot of detailed questions, to which Craig had great answers, so I wasn’t afraid to ask for help if I wanted it. But it was nice to not have it forced upon me.

I ended up with an amazing bed from his own Summerfield collection called the “Heather.” Chosen over the others because my boyfriend noted the special smile I got when lying on it, and a year later I still smile every time I get in bed. Whenever someone lies on my bed, they always compliment it. Who know it would be possible to have a mattress that regularly garnished compliments? Craig hooked me up with a nice discount at checkout on top of the already reasonable price. Delivery was smooth. Everything about this place is perfect. I love my bed, thanks Craig!

Love my mattress from Craig’s beds. Craig is no-frills mattress shopping at it’s best. They’ve cut every corner and passed on the savings to customers: it’s not a ground floor retail space, it’s not a spacious super fancy decorated showroom..it’s just a bunch of mattresses in a large room in an office building room. For someone like me that hates dealing with slimy salesmen and negotiating prices, Craig’s is a breath of fresh air.

Craig sells all the name brand mattresses that you’ll find at department stores. He also sells his own line (summerfield) which is made by the same manufacturers. You really can’t go too wrong because every mattress he sells is one he picked out specifically. So just try them all and see what strikes your fancy and know you’re getting the best quality mattress for the lowest quality price!

Craig is awesome.

Moving around and making a nest in NYC is already interesting enough so buying a mattress should not be yet another daunting experience. For many New Yorkers, since most of us don’t have a car (not even thinking about it), a mattress is the next biggest commitment to an apartment. Unless you don’t take your sleep game seriously. Which you should.

Getting to the store: go up a set of a elevators and there you find Craig’s Beds. Craig is a non-salesy type of guy and I truly thought most of his reviews were crap. I mean who get’s perfect stars? Craig.

It’s been a year since my purchasing experience and a great business deserves great reviews. I was stuck in a situation where he had a chatty family as clients so I literally just tested out some beds for 45 minutes. He really knows how to deal with different types of people.

I had trouble finding an apartment so Craig was nice enough to even have my bed held at his store for a few months. And we even bantered over email about recommended areas for my next apt.

He never once pressured me into getting a bed on the spot and even recommended I go to a big store where they have more inventory to try out as many beds as possible and then go compare prices w/ CBeds. I settled with his Summerfield beds (his own line), plush top and have gotten a lot of compliments on comfort. Support a local family business. You won’t regret it.

Craig and his entire team are awesome.

I just bought my third bed from here tonight. The experience is just so much more pleasant than the slick, used car Salesman schpeal you get at the large chains.

Instead of that, you usually get to speak with Craig himself. Craig is a down to earth guy. Craig is knowledgable and will bend over backwards to help you find what’s right for you. He does not employ high pressure sales techniques (“you have to buy this bed today or the sale will end…blah, blah, blah”). He is in this for the long haul and cares about your satisfaction.

For example, when I was looking for mattresses for my twin toddlers, Craig steered me to mattresses right for kids, and away from two over the top mattress that were way more expensive that we were looking at. When would a chain ever do that?

Now, I bought a mattress for me and the wife. Again, Craig took the time to explain all of the details of all the mattresses we lied in. Craig was endlessly patient.

Finally, we ended up with one of the Summerfield mattresses. It just felt the best. I was surprised, because we liked it better than all the mattresses we heard of. And, to our surprise, it was markedly cheaper than the other mattresses. I will update this once we’ve slept on the mattress for awhile. But, I’ve been told by Craig that he’s sold a lot of these Summerfields and people just love them.

I’ve turned a couple of friends on to Craig’s Beds too, and they just can’t say enough. If you live in NYC stop and see Craig. If you can’t stop by, but you want to speak to a straight-shooter, and get a great deal on a mattress, Craig is your man. Highly recommended! I am now a life long customer of Craig’s.

Summerfield the best supplier of mattreses. After searching all over N.Y for a quality mattress for a good deal….I finally found and purchesd a mattress (the Ariel Summerfield pillow top) and could not be any happier. Craig is funny and just crazy!!! Since we walked in to his store it was all about jokes and funny things. We are from Spain so he tried to teach us some funny English words and jokes.

Actually his store was the only one we visited and after that we didn’t looked anywhere else. We bught a Smmerfiled mattress and it is just gorgeous. Every time we come back home,we enjoy sleeping in our new bed!!!

This place was amazing. I was planning a move from the West Coast to the East Coast and had an epic fail with the purchase of a bed. Last minute I needed a bed AND needed it to be delivered on a specific date – Craig’s was not only able to make it happen and for less than the manufacturer, they were able to do it with amazing customer service that left me assured and confident that my bed would be at my new apartment when I arrived. Craig is fantastic! He gives you the straight story on all the mattresses, and pays close attention to your needs and price range. I was able to get myself an awesome full sized bed for about $600, which is about 50% what it would have cost me at Sleepy’s or another big mattress chain. Craig is also a super nice guy and it’s fun to sit and chat with him about anything, mattress related or otherwise. Highest recommendation for a mattress in the city.

We went to Craigs beds based on reviews on yelp. I was skeptical at first and have never heard of a mattress store that is by appointment only, but now I understand why. yes! Craig is awesome! He made buying a mattress fun. Even before I ordered, he was really upfront about placing the order before labor day as things might take a little longer with the factories. This info was very helpful and I was able to figure things out before ordering and delivery. I have not gotten my mattress yet, but I’m so happy I knew what to expect.

My friend recommended this mattress dealer to me, and I am so glad I took him up on his praises of Craig. I went last night and was surprised at how simple and easy the mattress buying process could be with the right place.

Just like the other reviews state, Craig was courteous, personable, and laid back and didn’t haggle me for a bed. He kept a nice, light conversation, and let me try out the beds I was interested in. He answered my questions, but didn’t push me to making a decision, which was so nice compared to my experiences at other showrooms.

The bed was a GREAT price, too, which surprised me. I had tried similar beds and was looking at twice the price that Craig offered me with the mattress AND delivery. He was wonderful at being conscious of my budget limitations, and guided me through to help me pick a bed I could have passed out on in the room happily.

He’s even going to help me see if I can get my bed early so I can move it into my apartment the day I move in.

I also liked Craig’s quirkiness, and we finished my appointment with throwing a football around. Talk about customer service!

There was a hiccup with my mattress delivery on the day they told me, but Craig was sure to find out what happened, and how to make sure I got it the next day. It’s just as it was in the storefront, which is awesome, and I am very happy with the customer service, as well as the ease of business.

Great experience. Mattress arrived on time as expected. Craig was great – unlike anywhere else. He cares a lot about you actually getting a mattress you want for the best price, not pressuring you into making a purchase you aren’t comfortable with.

Mattress is phenomenal and well-priced. So hard to get out of bed in the morning! Delivery was on time and included in the cost, and they got a king mattress and box spring up three flights of narrow stairs, no problem.

Experience is a little unusual – it’s small room in an office building crammed with mattresses. Call before you go. It’s worth it.

just want to mention a few more things, the delivery company they used was awesome, they were very prompt, even tho they gave a delivery window period, but the came right on the dot, then they came into the house, place mattress on bed, and removes plastic cover, delivery guys even take the cover w/ them.

i was soooooooooooooooooooooo pleased w/ the in store service already, and was even more impressed when they came and delivered our mattress…it was unbelievable to have this type of service w/ the $$ we’re spending!!!

a side note, the mattress we ordered was made to order!!! it has a label on the side stating the manufacture date!!! fresh out of factory, i doubt you will get that anywhere else.

They are truly too good to be true!!! we LOVE Craig and Karen^^

Craig was so incredible! I had dedicated a Sunday to bed shopping, and had first gone to Sleepy’s where I was very displeased with their customer service since I was not looking to buy a tempurpedic or the like (they sent me to a back room where there was a lone dorm-like twin mattress).

After a superficial search for something that was NOT a major mattress giant, I came across Craig’s Beds. My boyfriend and I called and Craig was able to meet with us at that time in his suite in the Garment district. He explained his business and we could tell he was very knowledgeable, cared about his customers and his products. Craig has a wide selection of beds, from major brands to his own Summerfield line. I got a Summerfield bed that is SO comfortable and within my price range. There was no pressure from Craig to make a purchase that day. The whole experience turned in to a lot of fun, and I was actually excited to throw down the cash for a nice bed. Delivery was handled very smoothly and was within my time window.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Craig’s Beds. They’re fantastic! Quality-wise, I’ve had my mattress (their company brand) for three months, and I can’t believe how comfortable it is for the price I paid.

But the real draw of Craig’s, outside of the quality and pricing, is the customer service. I’d been to Sleepy’s and, like everyone else on this page, found them pushy and a little… off? Craig and Karen are welcoming, laid back, and the complete opposite of pushy. Craig almost discouraged me from buying a mattress the first time I came in to look because he didn’t want me to rush into anything! I felt like I could really trust what he said, and I bought one anyway, plus ended up just hanging out for a couple of hours and coming back the next week to split a taro roll pastry with Karen, who’s from Taiwan and the absolute sweetest. Delivery was easy and included in the mattress price, too.

I could not imagine a better first-time mattress buying experience!

This review is long overdue (like 4 months overdue), but it’s been sitting on my to-do list all this time. If you are in the market for a mattress, you must check out Craig’s Beds.

My partner and I were moving and looking for a new bed. We saw Craig’s reviews on yelp and decided to try it out. Craig was wonderful. He let us hang out in his show room for almost two hours, trying and re-trying mattresses. He didn’t pressure us into making high cost choices and took time answering all of our questions.

Ultimately, we purchased a mattress from his own product line. We were nervous b/c it wasn’t one of the popular brands with which we were familiar, but Craig has a comfort guarantee, so we figured — what the heck. The price was right, and the mattress felt great. Well, it’s been four months, and the mattress has been wonderful.

Craig’s delivery service was also great. They were prompt, careful and quick.

We won’t ever shop for a mattress elsewhere.

I accompanied my boyfriend on his search for a mattress store one day, and this was the first and only stop we made.

We went on a sunday and I must say, I was pretty skeptical about finding anything at somewhere other than a generic Sleepy’s. It didnt look like a typical mattress store and you had to call his number (since we didnt go during showroom times) so he could come down and open the door. Luckily there were two other people who made the call, so we piggy backed on their appointment. Although I envisioned a bad experience, it was all uphill from there.

Craig is quite the character and meeting him was enjoyable from the moment he came down to open the door up until when we had to leave. I dont know what kind of sorcery he used but he managed to fit all those mattresses in the room! How he doesn’t have the urge to constantly belly flop on these beds is beyond me.

He asked alot of questions such as our budget and how we normally sleep as we were to help us find the perfect match. We spent about two hours taking an afternoon siesta there…clearly for testing purposes – I swear! The whole time, he wasnt pushy about us buying the mattresses – in fact he insisted that we check other locations if we wanted. Unlike most business owners, Craig was actually very honest and has a great sense of humor. He managed to help us and several other customers who came to visit, as well as the phone calls he kept receiving from new customers. Not once did I feel neglected while there.

My boyfriend ended up deciding on a mattress after two days of thinking, and went back on Tuesday to place the order. Craig said he’d tried to get it delivered on that Saturday and he definitely pulled through. True to his word! I’m so impressed that I will definitely be buying my next mattress from him and referring others as well.

My boyfriend actually said that he wants all business people to be like Craig. Buying from him was actually a fun experience. It’s so nice to know there are knowledgeable, honest, fun people out there to do business with.

TL;DR – If you’re looking for a new mattress – Craig is your guy. He is honest and fair with quite the sense of humor, who will even offer to run down and get his customers coffee. You wont regret getting a bed from him, and if you’re lucky, you may even get to throw around his toy foam football.

Had a great experience shopping for a mattress here. Most other mattress stores have high-pressure sales pitches, and salespeople that are trying to pair you with the most expensive mattress instead of the one that meets your needs… Craig is basically the opposite of that. He’ll give you good advice on which mattresses to try, and then totally lets you take your time trying them all out. No need to haggle on prices or any of the usual mattress store BS. Craig won’t try to upsell you on a boxspring or mattress protector or anything else that you don’t need.

Yes, the store isn’t a ground-level retail shop, and you may need to make an appointment. Trust me, it’s worth your time anyway.

Delivery was spot-on too. Best of all, the mattress is genuinely comfortable and was worth the price. I don’t think I’ll need to buy another mattress for a very long time, but the next time I do, I’ll definitely head back to Craig’s Beds! My boyfriend actually said that he wants all business people to be like Craig. Buying from him was actually a fun experience. It’s so nice to know there are knowledgeable, honest, fun people out there to do business with.

My husband, Mark and I stumbled upon Craig’s beds and thank god we did! Craig was amazingly friendly, and we had a blast trying out beds. He was not at all like most bed salesman that push beds on you or are way too sales pitchy. He let the beds sell themselves. We have been sleeping on our new bed now for about 3 nights now and this is the first time in three years I have woken up without back pain. Also, the pillows we got from him are also delightful. One of my favorite things to do now is climbing into bed!!

Just thought I’d jump on the band wagon. Craig is an honest man earning an honest living. A room of mattresses with straight and simple consultation. No nonsense. No wasted time. 30 minutes and I was in, and out, with the right choice for the right price. All you need to know when you walk in the door is your primary sleeping position and whether you prefer firm or soft. From that – you lie on a few beds, and you’re done. No need to shop around. Just go to Craig’s and be done with it.

Okay, So I am a 61 year old tough, but fair lady with discriminative tastes that has been jaded by insincere, unctuous, exploitative sales methods, and then when you receive the product, it is different than promised, or sub standard. But when my daughter and I read the reviews on Yelp about Craig’s Beds, we were convinced that it would be worth visiting for my daughter’s mattress needs.

Our shopping experience at Craig’s erased the bad taste and memories I had previously experienced. As described in past reviews the show room is small, but absolutely conducive to testing each mattress with comfort. Craig is indeed knowledgeable about his product, and answered all of our questions with ease, honesty, and quirky humor. There was absolutely now sales pressure, no gimmicks, rather refreshing candidness and transparency. He completely disarmed us with his openness and genuine love for what he does.

My daughter picked out the perfect mattress for herself to be used in her new NOHO apt.. Since delivery of the mattress last Saturday, I have received a daily call from her exclaiming how heavenly her mattress is! In fact, she told me that Craig called her yesterday just to check that she was satisfied with her purchase. Really, I mean REALLY ….what business person in today’s world, let alone NYC takes the time to follow up personally with customer satisfaction!

My only frustration is that I live in St Louis, otherwise, I would be readily buying my next mattress from Craig, and sending friends and family to him for their mattress needs.

Honestly, the next time I am in the city, I may stop in his show room, (by appointment:)to thank him, and to pick up the entertaining conversation where we left off.

The best bed shopping experience ever. Craig is really a character and it’s so much more fun to deal with him than someone at Bloomingdales or Sleepys. If Craig doesn’t stock what you want, he can most likely get it.

The delivery service was spot on-delivered just when they said they would and set everything up without a single issue.

I believe in supporting small, independent businesses. Go here to buy your bed. You’ll get something you love and you’ll have fun with Craig! It’s well worth the elevator ride up to the 6th floor!

If you need a mattress go to Craig’s Beds!

I just moved back to NYC and I didn’t want to deal with the salespeople at mattress stores. They are so shady. The last time I bought a mattress the guy was like “I gotta feed my family blah blah” when he was trying to negotiate and sell. So what did I do? I turned to the internet and I found Craig’s.

I don’t want to write a long review because you won’t read it all. But seriously go visit Craig’s.

Call for an appointment. He’s got people coming in and out all the time.

The place is small but has everything you need.

Craig won’t sell you on anything.

He prefers to sell his own line but he stands behind the product.

The mattress I got was solid.

Prices are reasonable. Could I have gotten a better price from him? I don’t know. Wasn’t worth the hassle. I was happy paying more because he made sure I was happy.

I had a little problem with my mattress because of the delivery guys messing it up. I emailed Craig and although I didn’t catch it when it was delivered, Craig swapped out the mattress for me. 100% customer satisfaction. Great customer service.

Craig knows beds. He’s like an entrepreneur that just wants to help people sleep better. He treats every customer the same. He didn’t have to exchange my mattress for me but he did with no hesitation.

His entire team is awesome. And the delivery service is 5 stars and comes right on time.

Craig is the man. And his mattresses are awesome. Go see him and your life will be forever changed.

Craig is amazing. He’s like the Rain Man of mattresses. He asks you questions about your sleeping habits and sizes you up (physically and perhaps emotionally) to give you the best options available.

There are no stereotypical sleazy salesmen moves. Just straight-shooting and honest Craig helping you find the best mattress at a reasonable and fair price (no third party mark-up).

Delivery was free, on time, and they even took away our old mattress at no cost. You should make an appointment (preferred by Craig) however he was very accommodating as we neglected to do so.

I was able to book an appointment same day, awesome. Walked in hoping to find a $500 mattress, but ended up investing in one for $1,004 instead. Let’s be real: a very good mattress should last you 10 years, so don’t risk getting the shabbier ones that won’t hold up after 6 months. $800 is a solid starting point. Craig was cool. He’s like your business-minded roommate pursuing a degree in sociology. He won’t screw you over. He’ll even say that right off the bat, “I’m not a salesman,” which I thought was funny, but whatever. He’ll then ask you what position you sleep in, then point to three different mattresses for you to jump on and test out. The whole process took 15-20 mins, but I stuck around for 10 more minutes talking about life in the big cities (I just moved from SF) and the challenges associated with expanding a mattress business. No suit, cool dude.

Bought a mattress from Craig on Friday and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Craig works by appointment only which I thought was cool. Really easy-going guy, nothing salesy about him, but he clearing knows what he’s talking about. He asks a few questions, points out a few recommendations based on size, price, and the way you sleep then lets you do your thing. Left there with a mattress being delivered this week, I highly recommend coming to here first when looking for a new mattress.

Looking for a great bed is not easy, I found Craig’s beds after searching online and decided to give it a try after reading all the reviews. I am so glad I did! Called Craig and was able to get an appointment same day.

Met Craig at the showroom and he let me walk around the showroom and try out any of the beds and was there to give me great advice on which bed to choose. He asked a lot of great questions to try and figure out the best bed for me and in the end suggested one that he thought I would be happy with. He ultimately let me make the decision and did not try to push any particular choice on me. With Craig’s expert advice I even ended up buying a great bed for my son which he lovs.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bed to go to Craig’s bed. Craig is a great guy, honest and fun to talk to. He will get you the best price and deal for you. Shipping was free and on time and I even got an awesome free pillow!!

Bought this bed with my ex true love, Rick. The bed is still here. Rick ain’t. But that’s not the point. Let’s stick to the good part: Craig’s beds.

Though the room where Craig sells his wares is small, his charm and care are vast. He’s not a sleaze. You’ll feel loved and your faith in men will come back. You’ll be in good hands… not like that time me and Rick went to Snakes on a Plane and his hands got sweat on the trail mix.

Don’t just show up at Craig’s door. Call him first to set up a time. Here’s a man who picks up the phone. And when you get there, he might be on his Mac, but you can bet it won’t be porn on the screen.

Craig will have you test out beds. He’ll lend an ear and help you find a bed that meets your needs. No, Rick, cheese in bed is not a need.

To sleep on my bed from Craig is to be on cloud nine. To be with Rick is to be in hell.

Craig is a god in bed … not in the way that you would think.

My wife and I purchased a mattress set from Craig earlier this week after looking around at other stores like Macy’s and Sleepy’s. The whole experience was fantastic. Craig takes the time to personally help you find the perfect mattress, unlike Macy’s where the salesmen are helping multiple people at once and they just try to sell you a bed to collect the commission. Craig went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

Our apartment building is very strict on when they will accept a delivery and since we were going to be out of town a few days after getting the bed, Craig made several calls to the shipping company he works with to ensure that we could get the bed delivered the very next day (and for free). It arrived the next day at 11am in perfect condition. The delivery people were super nice as well.

You will need to call him to make an appointment before visiting the showroom because he wants to make sure everyone that comes in gets his full attention (we called at 2pm and got an appointment the same day at 3pm). Craig called us the day after we purchased the bed to make sure that it was delivered on-time and we were happy; good luck getting Macy’s to do that. Something else you won’t get at a chain store, Craig will give you his cell phone number so you can call him personally if you ever experience any issues with the bed or ever have any questions.

His prices are better then or equivalent to any chain mattress store and why would you give your money to a chain when you could support a local small business.

I would (and will be) recommending Craig’s Beds to anyone looking for a mattress.
